Do you provide CHILD SERVICE ESTIMATE over the phone?
Yes! Based on the information you provide, we can give you a fairly accurate estimate if all questions are answered correctly. Eg: number of rooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, etc.

Do you provide FREE IN-HOME ESTIMATES?
Yes! We will be happy to meet you at your house for a free estimate.


Do you have references available?
Yes! We only have satisfied customers and we can provide you with dozens of recommendations. Our services are excellent and can not be compared to the competition.


Can your house cleaning or housekeeping be done on a weekly basis?
Absolutely! Most of our clients request a weekly service, but we have clients in a 15 days and once a month, as well as a time service, move-in / out wipes and holiday cleanings.


Does the cost remain the same if I choose a regular service?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we will bring all the cleaning supplies (except paper towels) and necessary equipment (or use yours) to make your home or office the cleanest place in the world. Will you send the same team each time?
We always try to clean your house using the same cleaning associates each time, unless due to illness or another emergency, we can not do it.
We want you to feel confident in our team members and they are eager to get to deliver a custom cleaning to your home as soon as possible. Sending the same team every time will help them become familiar with the needs of the customer.


Do I need to be home at the scheduled cleaning appointment?
You are welcome to be at home to meet our cleaning providers, but we understand that you are not always able to be at home. In case you are not at home, please leave a key somewhere secure, place a lock on the door or any other method you may prefer to allow the cleanersr to gain access to your home.


What if the cleaning staff can not access my house because I forgot to leave a key?
Unfortunately, in this situation, our provider will already have allocated this time slot for you and will have traveled to your home. We hope you will understand that it is fair to compensate them for this and so we charge a lock-out fee of $ 45.00. We try to help you avoid a situation like this by sending a warning email 24 hours in advance of your scheduled cleaning.


Can I provide a key for the ladies to keep with them so I do not have to worry about lack of my cleaning appointments?
Right. In fact, most of our customers are not at home when we arrive, and many provide us with a key so that ladies can indulge in. Others use a keylock box, or leave a hiden key in a safe and not obvious place.


What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
We work on holidays, however, if we can not work, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your service. We need 48 hours notice of any changes to a scheduled appointment. If you do not provide enough notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Is there something I should do before arriving to clean?
Nice of you to ask - yes, you can help the members of our staff if you pick up or store any clothes, children's toys or other items before we arrive. It is also appreciated if you could be sure that your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning associates come to clean. Thank you!
 
At what time can I expect the cleaners to arrive?
Although it is not possible to give a specific time because factors such as prior appointments are delayed and traffic can affect the schedule, we offer the selection of three times (morning, noon and afternoon) so that you can plan your day schedule.

RC house Cleaning Services is a professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with $ 2,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection.
All cleaning supplies (except paper towels) and equipment are provided by RC house Cleaning Services or we can use yours.
Our normal working hours are Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments are available to clean once a clean, move-in / out wipes and vacation wipes.
All questions, concerns or requests should be directed to the owners or the office.
The rates provided by RC house Cleaning Services are based on the information provided by the owner and condition of the house at the time of the estimate and time to start the services. The rates will go up when adding, pets, roommates, area rugs, carpet changing floors for wood, tile or any bare floors as will make the cleaning process difficult.

Exchanging contact information, hiring OUR current, Ex-workers and / or accepting lateral proposals, makes you responsible for a reference fee of $ 5,000.00 if you directly employ (legally or in cash) any person currently or Previously employed by us within 2 years prior to such employment. You acknowledge that you have been informed that DB Cleanings Services is required to report illegal hiring activities to government authorities, including the IRS. If necessary, you agree to cooperate with the formal investigation. DB Cleaning Services is affiliated with a private investigations firm. Implication, complicity or retention of knowledge of illegal activities is not only handled by database cleaning services (where applicable), but also by state, federal, and local laws.
Damaged item (s) are (are) replaced by the same or similar items, no monetary compensation or service refunds. We are as careful as possible while we are cleaning you home, however, sometimes damages occur. It is our policy to leave a note letting you know if anything has been broken or damaged. Please contact Office to let us know if you would like the item replaced or repaired. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breaking / loss of any personal items. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of any object. Please inform us of any items that can not be properly installed such as curtains, photos, curtain rods, loose carpet etc. All items are assumed to be hung properly and all surfaces are assumed to be sealed unless Notified otherwise. We do not accept liability for damaged items prior to our cleaning. Our warranty covers a 24-hour notice. If a Professional needs to be hired to fix something, the Professional must be ordered by RC House Cleaning Services to ensure legitimacy. Independent action to correct damages or re-clean areas lost by Customer or a third party will automatically render the claim invalid unless RC House Cleaning Services gives you prior written consent. Any false and / or exaggerated information used in a claim, breach of these terms or refusal or inability to allow the RC House Cleaning Services to make corrections renders the corresponding Customer's claim invalid and voids our warranty. RC House Cleaning Services is not responsible for any indirect inconvenience related to our services, or for damages resulting from the maintenance of an already damaged or neglected item. A representative can call you to give you the opportunity to make corrections before the worker (s) fail to ensure quality and completion. If you are at the service location when it is being completed and you claim that you are satisfied with the work and agree that the Work is done, there will be no further claim after the Worker (s) .

Rare / Sentimental Items:
If you have an item that is rare, extremely expensive, or has sentimental value, we ask that you store this item away on your cleaning day or bring it to our attention so the cleaner will know not to touch the item. We will not be liable for damages to items like this that you do not make us aware of. Items that are irreplaceable, hard to find, etc., are not covered by our breaking policy. Remove these items on cleaning day.

By using our service, you agree to these terms and to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business. We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at any time; A current TOS automatically replaces a previous one.

Employees provided by RC Cleaning Services are considered employees of RC Cleaning Services and will not, for any purpose, be considered employees or agents of the client.

Payment by Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
RC Cleaning Services accepts payment in the following ways:
Money (Please place the payment within the envelopes provided by RC Cleaning Services)
Please put the envelope on the kitchen counter / desk or advise RC cleaning to another location.
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through PayPal) If you are making the payment by credit card, the payment
Must be done by 7:00 am the cleaning day.
 
Please note * Payments that are received after the due date are subject to a $ 20 late fee with an additional fee of $ 1 per day late. Checks returned will be subject to a $ 30 fee as well as daily and late fee.

Please note * If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not want to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.


Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 48 hours in advance for all canceled queries. Once we make a reservation, we hold that slot of time open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.
 
What if I need to reschedule or ignore my regular cleaning?
Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen that require you to move things. We ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can change the schedules of our team members or provide an alternative date and time for their cleaning. Please note that our rates are based on the frequency of cleaning, so if you pay $ 100.00 for a biweekly cleaning, you will pay $ 140.00 per month as it will be less frequent if You decide to change it to a weekly cleaning you will pay $ 80 as will be more often.

Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we can not offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean the area / areas that you are unsatisfied with at no additional cost to you.


Disease
If you or someone in your family has a contagious disease, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness has disappeared.

Extra Services
Any special request must be made 48 hours in advance and approved by the office.
